Gutters and downspouts are an important part of your home's weatherproofing system, along with your roof and siding. Gutters are designed to collect water coming off the roof, and divert the water into downspouts to be directed away from the foundation of your home. They protect your siding from back splash, shield windows and doors from water infiltration, preserve topsoil and landscaping, and help to prevent wet basements and crawlspaces.
A K-Style gutter is commonly used on residential homes and commercial buildings. The "K" refers to the shape of the gutter which is wider across the top, and is designed to collect water and add strength to the gutter. We offer two thickness in our aluminum gutter stock: medium weight .027 gauge and heavy weight .032 gauge. Our standard is the thicker .032 gauge. All our gutters are one-piece seamless, with the exception of inside or outside corners. The gutters are extruded to custom lengths on site using portable gutter machines on our trucks. |
